Membership |
JOIN STASTA membership for transfer agents is open to organizations that have filed a TA-1 or TA-2 forms with the SEC. You will need to provide this information as part of the application process. Vendor memberships are additionally available for companies that provide services to the industry. All member applications are sent to STA's Board of Directors for approval. Memberships are held at the company level, therefore all individuals who work for the company are eligible for member benefits. If your company is already a member of STA and you are seeking an individual login, please reach out to hbraly@stai.org. |

Membership Levels
Membership Eligibility & DuesSTA transfer agent membership is open to organizations that have filed TA‑1 or TA‑2 forms with the SEC. Dues are based on the size and number of accounts serviced as reported in those filings. Membership runs on a calendar-year basis, with dues pro-rated where applicable. KEY MEMBER BENEFITS |

STA vendor partner membership is open to organizations that provide products or services to the transfer agent industry, including firms that do not file or have not yet filed a TA‑1 with the SEC.
