Corporate actions committee

The STA Corporate Actions Committee has evolved into a standalone entity from within the Operations Committee to more closely participate in the modernization of the Corporate Actions processes within the DTCC to enhance systems, streamline processes, drive progress and represent the TA voice in CA handling. It also looks carefully at other industry movements within areas such as fractional shares and W-8 conversion guidelines.
