On-Premise Program

The objective of our training curriculum is to give the individuals who attend and their organizations the greatest possible return on their investment of time and money.  We believe this goal is achieved to the greatest extent with our on-site sessions.

Upon being contacted, we discuss with you what your specific objectives are, the departments you plan on having attend and the experience range of the attendees.  To be certain everyone is on the “same page” we recommend that Operations, Administration and Call Center personnel attend.

The key to the program’s success is the involvement and participation of all.  This is stressed at the outset.  It is also why we limit the number of attendees to twenty five.  Management also gains insight into what its staff believes and practices daily.

To promote learning and retention, we recommend two, four-hour sessions on consecutive days.  This has proven to be the most effective manner of conducting the seminars.  It enables you to maintain control over your workflow, while educating your staff.  Whenever possible, we conduct the first portion on the day of arrival (1:00 pm-5:00 pm), the second half the following morning.  This reduces the lodging expense to one night.
