All members and interested parties are warmly invited and strongly urged to attend the Association's February 9th Quarterly Meeting. Updates of important industry issues of general interest to all transfer agents are on the agenda:

  • TRANSFER AGENT OPPORTUNITIES!
    Joe Trezza is a Managing Director of Forum Tools, Inc., an affiliate of The Shareholder ForumTM, responsible for transfer agent and issuer operations and administration. Joe has over 40 years experience in the securities industry, with 25 years dedicated to transfer agent and issuer process improvement.

    New electronic communication technologies, particularly the Internet, can be used to significantly expand investor access to information exchanges with issuers relevant to investing decisions and voting on control and governance issues. Joe will discuss transfer agent opportunities to competitively offer investor communication tools to corporate clients who have growing demands to win the support of their investors. Joe will update the group on the Forum Tools applications and shareholder verification process, highlighting the benefits to agents, issuers and shareholders.
