All members and interested parties are warmly invited and strongly urged to attend the Association's June 14th Quarterly Meeting. Updates of important industry issues of general interest to all transfer agents are on the agenda:

    Paul Griffith, Senior Manager Operations, Computershare
    Paul is responsible for the day to day back office operations for Computershare’s U.S. Transfer Agent business. He has been involved in the securities registration market for more than 25 years and has held business integration and operations management positions in a number of Computershare’s global offices. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Swinburne University in Melbourne Australia.

    Paul serves as Co-chair of the STA Unclaimed Property Committee, and working through the Committee has been involved in working with industry participants and the states in an attempt to shape unclaimed property policy.

    During the meeting, Paul will be providing an update on the recent efforts of the Committee in relation to changes to both unclaimed property laws and interpretations of the laws.

    Computershare is a global leader in transfer agency and share registration, employee equity plans, proxy solicitation and other specialized financial, governance and communication services.
